Terms of service
By using Keynoter you agree to these terms. We try to keep them short and fair.
The service
Keynoter generates motion-designed demo videos from GitHub repositories using a combination of code analysis, voice cloning, and AI lipsync. The output is delivered as an MP4 file you may use freely for marketing, internal demos, or social posts.
Acceptable use
- You may only submit a selfie and voice sample that depicts yourself, or for which you have explicit written consent.
- You may only submit repositories you own or have permission to present.
- No content that depicts non-consenting individuals, sexually explicit material, or disinformation about real people.
- No removal or obfuscation of the C2PA provenance manifest embedded in every render.
Billing & cancellation
Paid plans renew monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing dashboard; access continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Render quotas reset on the first of every calendar month (UTC).
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the videos you generate. We retain ownership of the Keynoter service, brand, and underlying code. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display thumbnails of your public renders in marketing material — opt out from the billing page.
Liability
Keynoter is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance by email. Continuing to use the service after the change date constitutes acceptance.
